However, you thought you’d done all the things but you’re not seeing results and you’re struggling to see how you’re going to support yourself doing this incredible work that you love much longer because it’s just not paying the bills. 

I’ve been a doula for over 11 years and I know where you’re at because I’ve been there! Stepping into birth work is incredibly rewarding but figuring out how to be a successful business person and do this amazing heart centred work is tough. No one told you you’d have to be brilliant at marketing and social media, an accountant, an entrepreneur and help people birth their babies. 

I’m founder and facilitator at The Original Birth Connection. We provide education and support for people wanting to step into birth work or build their birth work careers. 

I’ve put together this is a intimate mastermind container to work 1-2-1 with up to 5 individuals a year who want to build and refine their birth work business.  You may be a doula still trying to work out the best way to offer your services or wondering how you’ll ever make a living doing this work,  or perhaps a hyponbirthing instructor or pregnancy yoga practitioner who wants to serve more clients. We’ll start whenever you’re ready and work together for 6 weeks to build a business you love! 

Over 6 weeks 

Step 1 - Initial call to audit where you’re at, what are your struggles and goals. Unpacking your current offers. Examining what are you sticking points? What’s working? This is your service review - please don’t think you have to burn it all down and start from scratch. We’ll work together to find the areas that can be improved to get you where you want to be.

Step 2 - You will have 3 further 1-2-1 coaching sessions - to plan and build and progress - focusing on the practical how to of building and refining your business and nurturing the mindset you need to help you do this. 

Step 3 - A sprinkling of tools to help you along the way! We will provide you with a social media crib sheet and walk you through some basics, a budget planning spreadsheet, and we will undertake a pricing and packages audit.

Step 4 The icing on the cake will be 1-2-1 support through What’s app voice notes - having trouble implementing something we’ve discussed, got a question about the best way forward with something, need a little coaching to get you going after a tough week? I’m here for you - just ask!
